TBT - Zoe at Hoyt Arboretum

Hoyt Arboretum is an awesome park in Portland, Oregon.

This park is absolutely gorgeous and there are so many trails you can explore! It's one of my all time favorite places to visit in the Portland area. When we took Zoe she had so much fun!

From their website:
At Hoyt Arboretum, every tree has a story to tell. Founded in 1928 to conserve endangered species and educate the community, Hoyt Arboretum encompasses 187 ridge-top acres, accessible by 12 miles of hiking trails. A place of beauty and serenity in all seasons, Hoyt Arboretum is easily accessible from anywhere in the Portland metropolitan area by car, bus or the MAX light rail. You will also find parking, restroom facilities, ADA accessible trails and ADA parking at or near the Visitor Center.

An arboretum is a promise to future generations. Just as we are enjoying mature and wonderful trees that were planted many years ago, the trees we plant today will grow to provide shade, beauty and value for decades and centuries to come. More than 6,000 specimens from around the world grow here, including more than 1,400 species. Hoyt Arboretum is a living laboratory where anyone can enjoy trees and plants that are both familiar and unexpected.
Join us today and explore Portland's museum of living trees!

So if you live in the Portland area or you are going to visit/vacation there, check out the Hoyt Arboretum! It's totally worth the visit!

We have a few arboretums around here. I do not get to visit them as much as I would like but I just love them. There is always something so special them. Thanks so much for joining the hop!
